Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- minimum five years luxury spa management experience
- three or more years leadership experience in spa or wellness environment
- comprehensive knowledge of spa operations and health standards
- proven ability to manage budgets and staff effectively
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- proactive problem-solving orientation
