Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
  • minimum five years luxury spa management experience
  • three or more years leadership experience in spa or wellness environment
  • comprehensive knowledge of spa operations and health standards
  • proven ability to manage budgets and staff effectively
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • capability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
  • proactive problem-solving orientation
