Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in gaming or casino slot operations
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with all regulatory mandates
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Effective team leadership capability
  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Proven experience in slot operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in gaming
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and control budgets
  • Familiarity with slot products and floor layout planning

  • Proficient in player reward and tracking systems

Job Duties

  • Practice and promote company-wide culture and service standards
  • Implement company philosophies in team and guest interactions
  • Establish, administer, and evaluate Slot Department policies
  • Make final decisions on terminations
  • Generate and present annual budgets
  • Analyze and control departmental expenses
  • Maximize slot revenue through product and floor layout management
  • Provide long-term direction and goals for the department
  • Maintain knowledge of new slot products
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Analyze slot reports
  • Handle guest opportunities professionally
  • Direct team to follow service standards
  • Maintain positive working relationships with team members, guests, and departments
  • Understand player rewards program and upcoming promotions
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
