Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in gaming or casino slot operations
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with all regulatory mandates
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Effective team leadership capability
- Outstanding organizational skills

- Proven experience in slot operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in gaming

- Proficient in player reward and tracking systems
Job Duties
- Practice and promote company-wide culture and service standards
- Implement company philosophies in team and guest interactions
- Establish, administer, and evaluate Slot Department policies
- Make final decisions on terminations
- Generate and present annual budgets
- Analyze and control departmental expenses
- Maximize slot revenue through product and floor layout management
- Provide long-term direction and goals for the department
- Maintain knowledge of new slot products
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze slot reports
- Handle guest opportunities professionally
- Direct team to follow service standards
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members, guests, and departments
- Understand player rewards program and upcoming promotions
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
