- 2 years experience in housekeeping or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field

- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
- Skilled in managing inspections and staff development
Job Duties
- Manage housekeeping functions and staff to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas
- Collaborate with Front Office to coordinate operational communications and cleaning assignments
- Inventory and ensure adequate supplies for housekeeping operations
- Implement and maintain inspection programs for various property areas including rooms, public areas, and laundry
- Supervise and approve budgeting and ordering of guestroom and cleaning supplies
- Handle guest problems and complaints effectively, promoting continuous improvement
- Interview, hire, and manage housekeeping staff while enforcing disciplinary procedures
