Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related major preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in security, loss prevention or related field
- 4 years supervisory experience preferred
- proven leadership ability
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols
- capability to conduct investigations
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational skills
- familiarity with legal compliance and local authority requirements

Job Duties
- manages security operations daily
- provides protection and safety for property assets, employees, guests, and property
- develops and implements emergency procedures
- investigates security breaches and loss of property assets
- deploys security staff to monitor and protect property

- completes documentation and reports for incidents
- conducts property and parking area patrols
- handles guest problems, disputes, and grievances
- identifies and recommends minimizing physical hazards and unsafe practices
- maintains reports on patrols
