Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 7-10 years of relevant sales management experience
- proven ability to lead and develop sales teams
- experience in luxury travel or high-end client sectors preferred
- proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- willingness to work nights and weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales and sales team management experience
- experience working with high-net-worth individuals or in high-end travel brands preferred
- proven success in hiring and managing relationship-oriented sales teams
- experience with funnel and database management
- established network of organizations dealing with high-net-worth individuals
- proficiency with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- strong negotiating and influencing skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrated track record in exceeding sales quotas
- ability to operate with a sense of urgency
- strong time management skills
- flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules
Job Duties
- Drive business growth by creating a high-performance sales team
- achieve revenue and booking quotas for direct, digital, and travel advisor partner segments
- develop and implement business plans including marketing strategies for sales verticals
- measure sales performance metrics regularly and optimize sales team focus
- manage, train, coach, and develop sales team with focus on skills and quotas
- manage and prioritize partner databases for maximum sales outreach
- analyze and report sales metrics using HubSpot
- collaborate with marketing to identify campaign and distribution opportunities
- grow partner engagement focusing on top referral partnerships
- develop business synergies with partners
- explore opportunities for brand exposure and lead generation
- represent the brand at events and conferences
