Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel sales or business development
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in hotel sales management software
  • ability to travel as required
  • valid driver’s license where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in hotel sales or related hospitality sales roles
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • strong networking ability and customer service orientation
  • familiarity with Marriott and Hilton brand standards and sales systems preferred
  • leadership experience for director-level positions
  • ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Job Duties

  • develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • manage and build relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • coordinate with hotel operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • utilize hotel sales systems for tracking and reporting sales activities
  • lead and motivate sales teams to meet or exceed goals
  • represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions
