Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
  • exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • proficiency with CRM and sales software
  • ability to travel as needed
  • strong understanding of hospitality industry trends
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in hotel sales and revenue generation
  • strong knowledge of Marriott and Hilton sales systems preferred
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • demonstrated leadership skills for director roles
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • outgoing personality and energetic approach to sales

Job Duties

  • develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • build and maintain strong client relationships
  • collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales goals
  • prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
  • negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
