Job Requirements
- 2-year degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field with minimum 7 years hotel sales experience including at least 4 years in DOS or DOSM role
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field with minimum 5 years hotel sales experience including at least 2 years in DOS or DOSM role
- experience with citywide convention cycles and large-market demand preferred
- knowledge of San Francisco demand drivers and competitive landscape preferred
- experience with independent or lifestyle hotel brands preferred

- strong performance in group and corporate room revenue strategy
- experience in sales leadership role such as DOS or DOSM
- education background in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field

Job Duties
- lead all sales and marketing strategies and operations
- manage group rooms, corporate, and leisure sales segments
- oversee catering sales and event coordination
- maintain active sales portfolio focusing on citywide conventions and major events
- collaborate with revenue management and corporate marketing teams
- develop client relationships and negotiate contracts
- provide leadership and coaching to the sales and marketing team
