- Minimum age of 21 years

- competency in basic financial analysis and budgeting

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
- minimum of five years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry
- experience with Marriott brand preferred

- proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and market share
- lead the sales team by providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets
- cultivate relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand business growth
- collaborate with operations and front office departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies and exceptional guest experiences
- analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies
- oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective marketing and optimal return on investment
