Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years progressive hotel sales experience
- Minimum 2 years hotel sales leadership experience or equivalent
- Proven track record in sales and marketing execution
- Established relationships within the agency community
- Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites
- Experience with hospitality sales CRM systems
- Professional appearance and confident presentation
