Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel or related field
- Minimum 3 years hotel progressive sales leadership experience
- Experience with pre-opening hotel operations highly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient with sales systems and CRM platforms
- Ability to work overtime and irregular hours
- Ability to speak and hear in English
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs
- Frequent sitting, walking and standing
- Manual dexterity and gross and fine motor skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel or related field
- Minimum 3 years hotel progressive sales leadership experience with a proven track record in hospitality industry
- Experience in pre-opening hotel sales leadership highly preferred
- Familiarity with Marriott or similar brand standards
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient with brand sales systems, CRM tools and relevant sales platforms
- Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive to customer appointments
Job Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy
- Perform as the driver of all revenue and ensure quarterly and annual revenue goals are achieved for the hotel
- Develop sales action plans, forecast and evaluate trends to modify strategies that will enhance revenues effectively
- Conduct on property visits
- Achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting or exceeding hotel profit objectives
- Assist in the production of annual hotel business plan
- Ensure hotel participation in all brand revenue management initiatives
