Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in hospitality, including boutique hotels, restaurants, or luxury travel
  • proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships
  • strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team
  • proficiency with hotel PMS, CRM, and sales analytics tools preferred
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • highly motivated and results-oriented
  • excellent communicator and collaborator
  • creative thinker with a hands-on approach
  • passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hotels and restaurants
  • monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
  • identify, target, and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, events, and partnerships
  • build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, local businesses, and event planners
  • maintain strong relationships with existing clients and high-value guests
  • ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized outreach and engagement
  • lead, mentor, and manage any sales or reservations staff
  • collaborate with marketing, operations, and F&B teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and events
  • track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and revenue metrics
  • provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency
