Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales leadership experience (full-service preferred)
- proven success in driving group, corporate, and catering revenue
- strong knowledge of hotel sales systems
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- strong analytical and organizational abilities
- bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve budgeted revenue goals
- drive room, banquet, catering, and outlet revenue through proactive sales initiatives
- identify new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- lead negotiations, contract execution, and follow-up for group and corporate accounts
- monitor pace, pickup, LNR production, and market trends
- adjust strategies accordingly
- lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals
- conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
- set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards
- oversee digital marketing, social media, advertising, promotions, and community partnerships
- ensure compliance with brand standards and marketing guidelines
- collaborate with operations to align guest experience with marketing messaging
- represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
- build strong relationships with corporate partners, travel managers, event planners, and local organizations
- handle high-level client negotiations and service recovery when needed
- prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts
- manage the sales and marketing budget effectively
- analyze ROI on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- work closely with General Management, Front Office, Catering, and Operations teams
- support special events, citywide demand periods, and need dates
- ensure accurate communication of group details and expectations to operational teams
