Job Requirements
- at least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
- or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience
- valid driver’s license in the applicable state
- highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- strong organization and presentation skills
- advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure

Job Duties
- develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase hotel revenue
- recruit, train, mentor, and lead a diverse sales team
- conduct sales calls, client tours, and networking events to build lasting customer relationships
- collaborate with hotel departments to support operational goals and maintain high guest satisfaction
- create and manage sales budgets and forecast revenue targets
- design innovative marketing campaigns to boost the hotel’s market presence
- represent the hotel at industry events and community functions
