Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant discipline desired
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a sales manager
- 3-5 years of experience in a hotel preferably in sales or operations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite and related software
- Valid drivers' license and driving record meeting insurance requirements
- Ability to periodically travel, including overnight stays
- Ability to use computer for extended periods
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 35 lbs
- Ability to maintain flexible and extended work hours as needed

Job Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans targeting multiple market segments
- Independently evaluate business opportunities and create requests for proposals
- Negotiate rates and concessions for corporate clients
- Build and maintain relationships within the community to expand customer base
- Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective clients
- Lead weekly sales calls and meetings with local and remote clients
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to align sales strategies
