Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience
- Experience interacting effectively with people from diverse cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
- Proven success in sales roles
- Results driven and energetic attitude
- Strong service orientation and professional presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- 6 years or more of progressive hotel sales experience typically with Hyatt
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with diverse cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
- Proven history of success in sales
- Results driven, energetic, and focused work ethic
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Hotel or hospitality degree is an asset
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and motivational leadership
- Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Duties
- Oversee sales and marketing operations of the hotel
- Manage sales and marketing budget and P&L
- Develop and implement business plans
- Supervise sales managers, trainees, interns, and administrative staff
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach sales staff
- Manage group and transient contractual agreement processes including quoting rates, referrals, and setting traces
- Handle retention, reactivation, and acquisition of accounts
