Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the sales division
  • provide strategic vision for maximum hotel sales generation and revenue growth
  • lead and develop a talented sales team
  • assess competitive landscape and effectiveness of company programs
  • cultivate and leverage external and internal relationships to drive business
  • collaborate with finance to meet revenue and profit goals
  • generate and develop new business to meet goals
  • maintain and nurture client relationships
  • manage consistent client base growth
  • develop customer relations including sales leads and customer service
  • develop and implement sales action plans
  • seek opportunities to expand business
  • attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows
  • analyze client needs and promote services
  • prepare and implement sales forecasts and strategies
  • formulate objectives to develop high-value client relationships
  • function as liaison between clients and operations
