Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams
  • Proven experience managing multiple sales managers and teams
  • Expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong skills in sales automation and funnel optimization
  • Demonstrated strong forecasting and pipeline management abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, startup environments
  • Willingness to work collaboratively across departments
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace

Job Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years leading high-performing, metrics-driven B2B sales teams
  • Proven success managing multiple sales managers and distributed teams (10-12 reps per manager)
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales automation tools, and sales funnel optimization
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and data analytics capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable at both C-suite and individual contributor levels
  • A builder’s mindset, comfortable in high-growth, startup environments where systems are evolving
  • Experience in tech-enabled services, retail technology, franchising, or marketplace models (preferred)
  • Background in venture-backed or high-growth organizations (preferred)
  • Exposure to regulated or operationally complex industries is a plus (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Design and execute a data-driven go-to-market strategy to meet and exceed aggressive revenue goals
  • Manage a team of sales managers, each leading groups of 10-12 inbound and outbound sales representatives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor both individual contributors and managers
  • Foster a performance-driven, accountable culture
  • Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and the development of real-time sales performance dashboards
  • Streamline the sales cycle through automation, enablement tools, and repeatable, scalable playbooks
  • Champion Salesforce or HubSpot usage, drive adoption of enablement tools, and ensure data-driven selling
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to align on growth targets and ensure seamless execution
