Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in hotel management systems and marketing tools
  • Knowledge of hospitality market trends
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans targeting group, corporate, and leisure markets
  • Lead sales team to identify new business and maintain client relationships
  • Manage hotel’s online presence including website and social media
  • Analyze market trends and guest feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with departments for group events and conventions
  • Work closely with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies
  • Implement effective yield management practices
  • Monitor competitive set pricing and adjust strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Attend industry events and conferences for networking
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budget
  • Conduct financial analysis of marketing campaigns
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve ROI
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Provide coaching and performance evaluations to staff
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
