Job Duties
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals
- conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth
- collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and revenue streams
- build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business
- set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives
- work with the events team to secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events
- develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests
