Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds
- occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
- repetitive hand and wrist motion
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Hilton background preferred but not required
- experience with systems such as ONQ, R&I, GRO and Delphi preferred
- strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- proficiency in sales and CRM software, and MS Office Suite
- hospitality experience preferred
- must be eligible to work in the USA
Job Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals
- analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and meet targets
- conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching
- work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory controls
- monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the hotel’s client base
