Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
  • position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds
  • occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
  • repetitive hand and wrist motion

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Hilton background preferred but not required
  • experience with systems such as ONQ, R&I, GRO and Delphi preferred
  • strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • proficiency in sales and CRM software, and MS Office Suite
  • hospitality experience preferred
  • must be eligible to work in the USA

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals
  • analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and meet targets
  • conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching
  • work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory controls
  • monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the hotel’s client base
