Job Requirements

  • prior experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
  • ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • strong guest engagement and interpersonal abilities

  • experience with sales strategy development
  • proficiency in market analysis and reporting

  • prior experience in boutique, lifestyle brand, or full-service hotel sales

Job Duties

  • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and occupancy
  • build and maintain strong client relationships
  • set and monitor sales targets
  • coordinate with events team for group bookings and conferences
  • develop and oversee promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • provide sales reports and performance analysis
  • represent the hotel at industry events
  • work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience and maximize revenue
