Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the sales division
  • provide the strategic vision for maximum hotel sales generation and optimal revenue growth
  • lead a talented sales team and empower them through coaching and development
  • assess competitive landscape and evaluate program effectiveness
  • cultivate and leverage external and internal relationships to enhance market share
  • collaborate with Finance to align sales plans with budgets and revenue goals
  • generate new business to meet specified goals
  • maintain and nurture client relationships
  • manage consistent growth within client base
  • develop customer relations including sales leads, cold calling, and qualifying leads
  • develop and implement sales action plans with clear objectives and strategies
  • seek opportunities to expand business with current clients
  • grow existing accounts and prospective clients to full potential
  • attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows and prepare post-event reports
  • interact regularly with executives of major and prospective clients
  • analyze client needs and promote company services accordingly
  • manage preparation and implementation of sales and business development plans and forecasts
  • formulate objectives and strategy to develop high-value client relationships
  • understand client culture and organizational structure
  • act as liaison between clients and operations staff
