Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the sales division
- provide the strategic vision for maximum hotel sales generation and optimal revenue growth
- lead a talented sales team and empower them through coaching and development
- assess competitive landscape and evaluate program effectiveness
- cultivate and leverage external and internal relationships to enhance market share
- collaborate with Finance to align sales plans with budgets and revenue goals
- generate new business to meet specified goals
- maintain and nurture client relationships
- manage consistent growth within client base
- develop customer relations including sales leads, cold calling, and qualifying leads
- develop and implement sales action plans with clear objectives and strategies
- seek opportunities to expand business with current clients
- grow existing accounts and prospective clients to full potential
- attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows and prepare post-event reports
- interact regularly with executives of major and prospective clients
- analyze client needs and promote company services accordingly
- manage preparation and implementation of sales and business development plans and forecasts
- formulate objectives and strategy to develop high-value client relationships
- understand client culture and organizational structure
- act as liaison between clients and operations staff
