Job Requirements

  • full-time position with travel and flexible schedule as required
  • frequent interaction with clients, community, and industry representatives

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of hotel sales experience, including leadership or management roles
  • proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
  • knowledge of hilton sales systems and CRM tools, delphi experience preferred
  • professional appearance and adherence to hotel brand standards required

Job Duties

  • develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and travel partners
  • represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
  • collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies
  • analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • oversee group room and event sales to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction
  • provide feedback to hotel associates in regards to sales opportunities at the property
  • ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting through CRM systems
  • collaborate with the general manager and corporate sales and revenue to align strategies
