Job Requirements

- frequent interaction with clients, community, and industry representatives
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of hotel sales experience, including leadership or management roles
- proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- knowledge of hilton sales systems and CRM tools, delphi experience preferred
- professional appearance and adherence to hotel brand standards required
Job Duties
- develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and travel partners
- represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
- collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies
- analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- oversee group room and event sales to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction
- provide feedback to hotel associates in regards to sales opportunities at the property
- ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting through CRM systems
- collaborate with the general manager and corporate sales and revenue to align strategies
