Job Requirements

At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
minimum 2 years of sales management experience in a full-service hotel
demonstrated leadership abilities
strong interpersonal skills
proficient in sales and marketing strategies
ability to work on-property
effective communicator
organizational skills
problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years as a Director of Sales in the full service sector of the hotel industry
proven success in convention hotel sales management
familiarity with City and Marriott brand experience
ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
strong written and verbal communication skills
excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
