Job Requirements

  • Five to seven years experience in hospitality operations management
  • College degree in hotel management or business administration or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing operational needs
  • Commitment to high standards of guest service
  • Flexibility to travel for training and events
  • Proficient in managing multi-departmental operations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hotel management or business administration
  • Five to seven years experience in luxury hotel operations management
  • Strong knowledge of Rooms Division and housekeeping operations
  • Experience in large-scale, high-volume hotel environments
  • Familiarity with unionized work environments preferred
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to enhance guest and employee experiences

Job Duties

  • Direct and control front desk operations
  • Oversee housekeeping and ensure cleanliness standards
  • Manage concierge and guest services to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with communications, guest relations, and security departments
  • Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to optimize occupancy
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • Maintain high employee morale and operational efficiency
