Job Requirements
- Five to seven years experience in hospitality operations management
- College degree in hotel management or business administration or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing operational needs
- Commitment to high standards of guest service
- Flexibility to travel for training and events
- Proficient in managing multi-departmental operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hotel management or business administration
- Five to seven years experience in luxury hotel operations management
- Strong knowledge of Rooms Division and housekeeping operations
- Experience in large-scale, high-volume hotel environments
- Familiarity with unionized work environments preferred
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to enhance guest and employee experiences
Job Duties
- Direct and control front desk operations
- Oversee housekeeping and ensure cleanliness standards
- Manage concierge and guest services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with communications, guest relations, and security departments
- Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to optimize occupancy
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain high employee morale and operational efficiency
