Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive hotel operations experience including multi-department leadership
  • Experience leading Front Office and Housekeeping operations
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and operational software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
  • Willingness to lead and foster a positive team environment
  • Bilingual – Spanish speaker a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive hotel operations experience including multi-department leadership
  • Experience leading Front Office and Housekeeping operations
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems such as Lightspeed and operational software including Windows and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests, business departments, and vendors
  • Experience with branded or full-service hotel operations such as Marriott
  • Bilingual – Spanish speaker a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping and Laundry
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards, service standards, and operating procedures
  • Monitor room availability, cleanliness, and readiness to ensure optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to guests, employees, and property to prevent financial loss
  • Oversee Front Office computer system operations, ensuring software maintenance, report generation, and system integrity
  • Lead and promote a positive and communicative work environment that fosters team building and open communication
