Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of progressive Rooms Division leadership experience including department head level experience in both Front Desk and Housekeeping
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, counsel, and inspire teams
- Strong track record of colleague engagement with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a guest-centric mindset
- Service oriented style with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Hotel/hospitality degree an asset
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong organizational and administrative skills

Job Duties
- Provide short-and long-term strategic planning and leadership for all Rooms Division operations
- Oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Event Setup with a focus on colleague experience and service excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop Rooms Division managers and team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor labor costs and approve schedules to achieve departmental productivity goals
- Conduct regular Rooms Division meetings and monthly financial reviews with subordinate managers and senior leadership
- Coordinate major projects such as renovations, capital expenditures, and equipment upgrades
- Manage departmental budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial performance aligns with hotel goals
