Job Requirements

2-3 years as a Revenue Director in the hotel industry
Experience as a top STR performer within their hotels competitive set
Luxury hotel experience preferred
Strong organization and analytical skills
Intermediate or expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Display leadership qualities that mentor, develop, and guide hotel team members such as revenue analysts and managers

Job Duties

Maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage through effective pricing and distribution strategies
Develop long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase overall revenues and maximize profit
Provide leadership in revenue recognition policies
Collaborate regularly with sales, operations, and marketing departments
Mentor, develop, and guide hotel team members including revenue analysts and managers
Analyze market data to optimize competitive positioning and revenue results
Implement data-driven decision-making processes across revenue-related departments
