Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years as a Revenue Director in the hotel industry
  • Experience as a top STR performer within their hotels competitive set
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Intermediate or expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Display leadership qualities that mentor, develop, and guide hotel team members such as revenue analysts and managers

  • Mentor, develop, and guide hotel team members including revenue analysts and managers
  • Analyze market data to optimize competitive positioning and revenue results
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes across revenue-related departments
