  • ability to develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies

Job Duties

  • maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage through effective pricing and distribution strategies
  • outperform direct competitors by implementing competitive pricing and distribution backed by targeted marketing
  • manage and oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reports supporting and evaluating hotel business strategies
  • provide guidance and support for sales and marketing initiatives aligned with hotel needs
  • produce accurate revenue forecasts to set hotel goals and outpace competition
  • mentor and develop revenue management team members including analysts and managers
  • maintain inventory management to maximize topline revenue and profit yield
