Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • minimum of 5 years experience in revenue management or pricing strategy
  • proven ability to drive revenue growth
  • hospitality industry experience preferred
  • proficiency with revenue management systems and business intelligence tools
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent analytical and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to travel occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in revenue management or pricing strategy
  • proven track record in driving revenue growth

  • strong knowledge of revenue management systems and data analytics tools

  • expertise in data analysis and revenue forecasting

  • excellent leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategy
  • identify opportunities to optimize pricing, inventory, and sales strategies
  • create and manage dynamic pricing models
  • collaborate with leadership to define pricing guidelines
  • use data analytics to monitor KPIs and generate insights
  • analyze historical data and market conditions
  • prepare and present revenue performance reports
  • conduct competitor analysis
  • oversee room pricing, inventory control, and distribution strategies

  • implement pricing adjustments
  • develop strategies for transient and group business
  • work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams
