Job Requirements

  • proven experience in hotel revenue management
  • expertise with revenue management systems, PMS, forecasting tools, and distribution platforms

  • expertise with revenue management systems, PMS, forecasting tools, and distribution platforms
  • exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies to maximize revenue across all segments and channels
  • optimize channel mix and manage distribution partners to ensure competitive positioning and cost efficiency
  • leverage forecasting, market intelligence, and demand analysis to guide strategic decisions and outperform the competitive set
  • monitor and adjust strategies based on market conditions, competitor performance, and evolving demand patterns
  • produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term revenue forecasts to inform budgeting, planning, and operational decisions
  • oversee revenue management analytics to generate insights, dashboards, and reports that evaluate business strategies and identify opportunities
  • partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align strategies that optimize demand and revenue across all channels
  • support marketing initiatives with insights on segmentation, timing, and offer strategy to improve conversion and capture market share
  • participate in key commercial meetings and contribute to the hotel’s overall strategic planning process
  • lead, mentor, and develop revenue analysts, revenue managers, and other commercial team members to enhance capabilities and performance
  • foster a collaborative, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and growth
  • provide training and guidance on revenue management tools, systems, and best practices
