Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in a similar resort setting required
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple restaurant venues
- Proficiency with operational tools such as Sevenrooms, Power BI, Tripleseat, Workday
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of prior relevant experience including in a similar resort setting
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage including concept planning, production, presentation, service, and controls
- Ability to develop and maintain effective operational processes to achieve maximum efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest service standards across multiple restaurant concepts
- Skilled at actively influencing and driving collaboration with individuals or groups at various levels within and outside the organization
- Strong leadership and direction capabilities contributing to the success of each restaurant by engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and teams
Job Duties
- Oversee assigned venue restaurant leadership, including establishment and achievement of profit objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion
- Oversee the implementation and execution of policies, operating procedures and training programs, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the restaurant staff
- Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and coach restaurant management staff for the efficient operation of the outlet
- Drive employee engagement through coaching, training, and development
- Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of their assigned outlets, to recommend and provide feedback on new operating and marketing policies whenever a change in demand, customer dissatisfaction, or a change in competitive environment requires such change
- Utilize resources provided by COE’s to manage sales, drive profits, manage labor, and control expenses
- Regularly review and monitor the degree of performance of all assigned outlet by using the tools provided by MGM resorts such as but not limited to Sevenrooms, Power BI, Tripleseat, Workday and report back to their direct leader to establish operating strategies in order to align with company expectations
