Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • High computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Overseeing all aspects of concessions operations
  • Ensuring the recruitment and training of team members in company standards and procedures
  • Working with location leadership to drive improvements in guest satisfaction and financial results
  • Driving engagement within the concessions department
  • Overseeing season planning and event preparation to ensure maximum readiness
  • Managing point of sale updates and maintenance
  • Completing calorific analysis of menu items with culinary team
  • Implementing and communicating promotions
  • Overseeing loss prevention activities including cash management
  • Partnering with departments to ensure accurate requisition process
  • Maintaining theoretical matrix with culinary and purchasing teams
  • Ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information rules
  • Applying concessions production sheets for accurate production and minimal waste
  • Conducting progressive coaching for team members
  • Completing monthly financial reporting and action planning
  • Ensuring maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of concessions areas and equipment
  • Managing alcohol service signage and responsible service protocols
  • Processing alcohol incident logs
  • Managing team member meal breaks
  • Overseeing recruitment activities
  • Holding pre-shift meetings
  • Supporting future leader development
  • Leading new employee onboarding and training
  • Managing non-profit group communication
  • Ensuring high service standards during events
  • Completing month-end inventory accurately
  • Managing product transfers and requisitions
  • Handling guest complaints and team member incidents
  • Conducting monthly safety training
  • Managing scheduling in line with demand forecasts
  • Verifying payroll and gratuities
  • Coordinating subcontractor communications
  • Conducting building walkthroughs during events
  • Supporting implementation of sponsorship standards
  • Assisting other locations as needed
