Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage management
- minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage leadership roles
- full profit and loss management experience
- ability to oversee cost control, labor, and bottom-line profitability
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- professional appearance and confident demeanor
- problem-solving capabilities
- experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- proficiency with POS systems such as ALOHA or MICROS
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- certification in TIPS or CARE
- CPR certification preferred
- availability to work varied shifts including mornings and evenings
- fluency in English
- ability to train staff in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation
- effective communication with public and employees
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- full profit and loss management experience
- strong financial acumen
- excellent business communication skills
- professional appearance and confident attitude
- excellent problem-solving skills
- experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management

- current Serve Safe certification preferred

- ability to work both AM and PM shifts

Job Duties
- oversee the operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets
- inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations
- drive revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative concepts
- manage full profit and loss responsibilities including cost control and labor management
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- implement scheduling, payroll, and labor management systems
- train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation procedures
