Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage management
  • minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage leadership roles
  • full profit and loss management experience
  • ability to oversee cost control, labor, and bottom-line profitability
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • professional appearance and confident demeanor
  • problem-solving capabilities
  • experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
  • proficiency with POS systems such as ALOHA or MICROS
  • Serve Safe certification preferred
  • certification in TIPS or CARE
  • CPR certification preferred
  • availability to work varied shifts including mornings and evenings
  • fluency in English
  • ability to train staff in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation
  • effective communication with public and employees

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work both AM and PM shifts
  • fluent in English
  • ability to train employees effectively
  • strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties

  • oversee the operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets
  • inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations
  • drive revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative concepts
  • manage full profit and loss responsibilities including cost control and labor management
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • implement scheduling, payroll, and labor management systems
  • train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation procedures
