Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 years professional experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related field
  • OR 2-year degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years professional experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Ability to manage finances and resources
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance
  • Commitment to high standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related area
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of economics and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in financial resource management
  • Understanding of business and management principles
  • Knowledge of food production and presentation
  • Ability to manage material resources effectively

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant operations and staff on a daily basis
  • Direct and work with food and beverage/culinary management team to execute operations
  • Strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction
  • Maximize financial performance including budgeting and expense control
  • Facilitate pre-meal briefings with culinary and restaurant teams
  • Maintain service and sanitation standards in dining areas
  • Oversee booking and service for restaurant parties and events
