Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in budget management and financial reporting

Job Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and management to the dining operation
- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies and brand initiatives
- Oversee overall performance of all restaurant outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service
- Analyze new products, pricing, and services to maintain competitiveness
- Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance and support to staff
- Engage with guests to seek opportunities for enhancement
- Demonstrate commitment to food and beverage policies and uphold service and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, equipment, and uniforms efficiently
- Coordinate banquet plating and food running
- Provide training on safety, customer service, and responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest feedback
- Conduct interviews, appraisals and nurture talent development
- Implement cost-control measures and revenue strategies
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage budgets and expenses effectively
- Enforce cash and liquor control
- Collaborate with vendors and Health Department representatives
- Foster open communication
- Drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Lead by example with exemplary guest service
- Participate in strategic planning meetings
