Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in budget management and financial reporting

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership and management to the dining operation
  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies and brand initiatives
  • Oversee overall performance of all restaurant outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service
  • Analyze new products, pricing, and services to maintain competitiveness
  • Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance and support to staff
  • Engage with guests to seek opportunities for enhancement
  • Demonstrate commitment to food and beverage policies and uphold service and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and uniforms efficiently
  • Coordinate banquet plating and food running
  • Provide training on safety, customer service, and responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback
  • Conduct interviews, appraisals and nurture talent development
  • Implement cost-control measures and revenue strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage budgets and expenses effectively
  • Enforce cash and liquor control
  • Collaborate with vendors and Health Department representatives
  • Foster open communication
  • Drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Lead by example with exemplary guest service
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings
