Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related area OR 2-year degree in relevant field
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related area
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Understanding of economics and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in financial management
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • Understanding of liquor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 6 years relevant experience
  • OR 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related field with 4 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Understanding of economics and accounting

  • Experience in financial resource management
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of food production and presentation
  • Skilled in resource management

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant, bar, and room service operations
  • Collaborate with food and beverage and culinary management teams
  • Ensure guest and employee satisfaction
  • Maximize financial performance and budget adherence
  • Maintain service and sanitation standards
  • Lead, mentor, and coach staff
  • Ensure compliance with food handling, liquor laws, and operational policies
