Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations
  • Proven success managing managers and large teams with a people-first approach
  • Strong business and financial acumen including P&L, budgeting, and cost analysis
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly between locations
  • Located or willing to relocate within close proximity to at least one current Indiana restaurant location

Job Duties

  • Mentor and support the Regional, Catering, and Training Managers, ensuring strong leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence across all restaurant brands
  • Partner with the President and leadership team to execute company strategy and growth initiatives
  • Ensure consistency in guest experience, food and beverage quality, and service standards
  • Analyze financial performance, optimize labor and cost controls, and improve profitability
  • Support openings, remodels, and brand development projects
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and fun where people love to work and grow
