Job Requirements
- Good management and leadership skills
- Prior experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth families with multiple residences
- High level of discretion professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs
- Keen attention to detail
- Tech-savvy including Google Suite MS Office Adobe and home operation automation software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset
- Extremely organized and able to manage multiple complex projects
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in property management including landscaping HVAC and hospitality services
- Construction background preferred
- Ability to work with others effectively and motivate staff
- Discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable NDA required
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple luxury residences
- Prior experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth families
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with technology including Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe, and home operation software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Background in property management and hospitality desired
- Construction experience is a plus
- Ability to motivate and bring out the best in staff
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion (NDA required)
Job Duties
- Serve as the bridge between owners and multiple properties
- Oversee financial stability and operational efficiency of properties
- Negotiate contracts with service providers, contractors, and vendors
- Represent principals effectively, conveying their preferences and desires
- Make critical decisions on behalf of principals when permitted
- Address maintenance issues promptly, including emergencies
- Maintain detailed records of properties including invoices and expenses
- Ensure routine maintenance and repairs are carried out on time
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and manage insurance policies
- Strategically update and manage household systems
- Communicate proactively with principals, delivering status updates
- Hire and manage staff compensation and scheduling
