Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' recreation management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
  • Must be able to maintain appropriate Alcohol Awareness card
  • Must be able to effectively deal with guests, management, and team members
  • Able to remain calm during emergency situations
  • Must consistently exhibit courteous, respectful, and appropriate communication
  • Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Comfortable using computer systems including Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Must have clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, supervising, instructing, precision working, influencing, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years' recreation management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to effectively deal with guests, management, and team members
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficient with computer operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills
  • Skills in clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, supervising, instructing, precision working, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Must be minimum 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Direct all team members in recreation outlets
  • Maintain reasonable operating costs including salaries/wages, operating supplies, and cost of goods
  • Review and analyze reports and data to optimize and increase revenue
  • Initiate and oversee successful service action plans
  • Maintain scheduling and payroll needs for team members
  • Create, implement, and oversee management of policies, SOPs, and coaching of team members
  • Maintain inventory and purchasing needs for all recreation outlets
  • Review marketing and promotional needs to increase revenue
  • Maintain and review P&L reporting and analysis for budget and labor needs
  • Communicate with executive leaders for operational updates
  • Ensure all outlets perform at optimal efficiency with professional, timely, and friendly service
  • Perform any other duties as assigned within the scope of the position
