Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and guests
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficiency in quality management tools and data analysis
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years of relevant experience
- Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
Job Duties
- Coach managers on adopting the Total Quality Management leadership style
- Make and execute decisions to advance property goals
- Direct property quality efforts to meet customer requirements
- Facilitate process improvement teams to ensure systematic and measurable enhancements
- Train team members on problem solving, process improvement, and strategic planning
- Develop systems to communicate guest satisfaction results
- Review guest feedback and ensure corrective actions are implemented
