Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and guests
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and data analysis
  • Commitment to upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations

Job Duties

  • Coach managers on adopting the Total Quality Management leadership style
  • Make and execute decisions to advance property goals
  • Direct property quality efforts to meet customer requirements
  • Facilitate process improvement teams to ensure systematic and measurable enhancements
  • Train team members on problem solving, process improvement, and strategic planning
  • Develop systems to communicate guest satisfaction results
  • Review guest feedback and ensure corrective actions are implemented
