Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in related fields
- strong leadership and coaching capability
- excellent communication skills
- ability to analyze and interpret data trends
- knowledge of quality management processes
- ability to handle guest problems and complaints
- commitment to continuous improvement

Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years of professional experience
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of professional experience
- experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- strong coaching and training skills
- ability to analyze data and apply quality tools
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
- experience with Total Quality Management principles
- proven problem-solving and strategic planning skills
Job Duties
- Coach managers on adopting the Total Quality Management leadership style
- make and execute decisions to achieve property goals
- direct quality efforts addressing critical customer requirements
- facilitate process improvement teams ensuring measurable improvements
- train team members and managers on problem solving and strategic planning
- develop systems to help employees understand guest satisfaction results
- communicate clear departmental goals to produce desired results
- educate new employees on quality processes and tools
- familiarize employees with quality production reports and initiate root cause analysis
- ensure management practices align with quality tools
- use data collection to analyze defect trends
- demonstrate key drivers of guest satisfaction
- analyze issues and identify trends
- review guest feedback with leadership and ensure corrective actions
- respond to and handle guest complaints
- maintain visibility to obtain customer feedback
- create an atmosphere meeting or exceeding guest expectations
- facilitate creative solutions to improve guest satisfaction
