Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent in business management, economics, accounting, real estate, finance, or liberal arts
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in property management or related field
- Proven leadership experience managing large operations and teams
- Experience with project management including financial oversight and budgeting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and personnel management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record
- Compliance with safety and health regulations
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Willingness to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, marketing, and business development
- Established professional network
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in property management or a related field with a proven track record
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale operations and teams
- Skilled in project management including budgeting, financial management, problem solving, and decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of business English and office protocols
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and personnel management abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to adhere to safety and health regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as required
- Demonstrated strategic planning, marketing, and business development skills
- Established network of industry contacts
- Preferred qualifications include RPA or CPM designation, Notary Public certificate, and commercial real estate license
Job Duties
- Provide strategic program-related guidance of ongoing operations and procedures for facility maintenance, marketing, leasing, renting activities and administrative management
- Manage daily operations of the Alutiiq Center and Afognak Center, including front desk, maintenance, and event staff oversight
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement operational infrastructure to meet corporate growth objectives
- Lead special projects to improve administrative efficiency and enhance relations
- Oversee budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and expense control for multiple facilities
- Administer office resources, event support, and building maintenance in compliance with corporate directives and industry standards
- Recruit, develop, and lead administrative, event, and facility staff to optimize office functionality and communication
- Maintain and enhance lease agreements through business development and tenant relations
- Ensure strategic oversight of rental operations, including rental coordination, event execution, client and vendor management, facility inspections, issue resolution, and performance reporting
- Formulate workforce development strategies and collaborate with partners to enhance staff training and growth opportunities
- Undertake additional property-related projects as assigned
- Adhere to ANC values including harmony, respect, efficiency, full disclosure, and cultural heritage respect
- Perform other duties as assigned
