Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering or similar degree
  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of professional experience as a product manager
  • At least 3 years managing direct reports
  • Build strong cross-team relationships and adapt processes to business needs

  • Excellent facilitation and moderation skills
  • Proven thought leadership in identifying technology and innovation opportunities

Job Duties

  • Serve as a player/coach leading by example through hands-on contribution and strategic direction
  • Oversee and be accountable for the success and impact of Food and Prep product lines and their alignment with strategic roadmap
  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Food and Prep portfolio
  • Participate in formation of product strategies and roadmaps driving audience growth and retention
  • Recruit, grow and maintain a strong team of product managers responsible for product roadmap and execution
  • Leverage data to prioritize and drive decision making across the portfolio
  • Regularly present data and analyses to stakeholders to inform internal and competitive strategy
  • Direct structured experiments with tracking, analysis, and problem solving
  • Build strong cross-team relationships and adapt processes to business needs
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps including timelines, risks, and dependencies
