Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in global, technology-driven, or service organizations
- Proven ability to build and scale procurement functions
- Knowledge of procurement software platforms
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field
- Advanced degree such as MBA or supply chain certification preferred
- 10+ years in procurement or supply chain with 5+ years in leadership in global, technology-driven organizations
- Proven experience building procurement teams in transformational or private equity-backed settings
- Expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and negotiations especially in IT and software
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, or similar
- Advanced skills in procurement analytics and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong knowledge of procurement compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
- Comfortable working in cloud-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack
Job Duties
- Build and scale a global procurement function by establishing foundational processes, systems, policies, and performance metrics
- Develop and implement a multi-year procurement strategy and roadmap
- Lead category management across major spend areas including IT, marketing, HR, professional services, facilities, and travel
- Direct complex sourcing initiatives, manage RFP processes, and negotiate high-value contracts
- Develop and execute a Supplier Relationship Management program with supplier segmentation, KPIs, and performance reviews
- Foster collaborative partnerships with key global suppliers ensuring compliance and risk management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and TPG to support post-acquisition integration and advocacy of procurement best practices
- Establish and continuously refine procurement processes for efficiency, transparency, scalability, and compliance
- Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed procurement team
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for technology-driven categories
- Partner with IT, Infosec, and Legal on vendor risk and compliance management
- Leverage procurement analytics and supplier insights to drive efficiency and innovation
