Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of management experience in contract foodservice industry
- excellent communication skills

- knowledge of accounting policy and pos systems preferred
- proficiency in microsoft office
- ability to obtain team coalition alcohol certification

Job Qualifications

- flexibility to work extended onsite hours including nights weekends and holidays

- knowledge of accounting policies procedures and my venue pos systems preferred
- proficiency in microsoft office
- ability to obtain and maintain team coalition alcohol certification
- experience with abi scheduling software yellow dog tapin2 ukg/ultipro preferred
- practice and encourage safe work habits and complete all safety training
- report safety incidents timely in company risk management system
Job Duties
- manage all premium facets to meet operational budgets manage monthly p&l statements and ensure timely ordering payroll and financial reporting
- provide leadership coaching and mentorship to staff responsible for executing the premium team business plan
- maintain costs related to labor and operating supplies within budgeted guidelines
- maintain positive customer and client relations through effective communication with vendors finance and leadership teams
- oversee monthly inventory management including training managers in yellow dog inventory software
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and food service equipment maintenance create working relationship with local health officials
- conduct weekly management staff supervisions premium meetings and quarterly progress reports ensure proper hiring and promotion of associates per hospitality standards
- work closely with subcontractors to ensure contract compliance including timely billing and payment for catering and special events
- develop new program concepts seasonal menus and pop-up ideas to maintain high quality food service
- develop yearly operational budgets and collaborate with teams on staffing and labor costs
- approve weekly labor and payroll for all premium teams
- disseminate information about events and updates promptly from leadership and stakeholders
- support management staffing event setup and service execution in partnership with culinary teams for galas special events and large catering functions
- perform other related duties tasks and responsibilities as required
