Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in casino marketing or player development management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Experience in planning and executing promotional and VIP events
  • Strong analytical skills to assess player data and revenue trends
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a casino marketing or player development management role
  • Demonstrated success in the development of creative and innovative special events, promotions, and strategies to capture, engage, and retain casino players and their level of play
  • Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead the Player Development team by overseeing staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals
  • Plan and monitor KPIs to drive guest satisfaction, new member acquisition, VIP engagement, and overall player services performance
  • Manage VIP and promotional events, bus group sales, and loyalty programs, ensuring profitability and alignment with brand standards
  • Analyze player utilization and revenue trends, prepare financial projections, and manage departmental budgets, including pro and post-formulas
  • Promote company values by ensuring exceptional guest experiences, resolving complaints promptly, and fostering team morale through feedback, performance reviews, and retention strategies
