Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive human resources experience
- At least 3-5 years in HR leadership role
- Proven experience with HRIS platform management, especially Dayforce
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration and regulatory compliance
- Ability to develop and lead a high-functioning team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential employee data
- Able to work hybrid schedule with three days in office
- Reliable transportation for location travel and offsite meetings
- Ability to perform essential physical tasks such as sitting for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3-5 years in leadership role focused on HR operations
- Proven experience managing and optimizing HRIS, preferably Dayforce
- Demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of payroll administration and compliance
- Expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws related to HR data
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities tailored to diverse audiences
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Create and implement HRIS strategy to support business outcomes
- Optimize and evolve HRIS tools to meet organizational needs
- Serve as liaison with vendors and IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting
- Develop HR system training materials and conduct staff training
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and ensure compliance
- Manage year-end payroll reporting and resolve payroll inquiries
- Collaborate with finance on budgeting and planning
- Develop and enforce employee data security policies
- Manage employee lifecycle data in HRIS ensuring accuracy
- Conduct regular data audits to maintain quality and compliance
- Ensure HR practices align with diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments
- Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics analysis
- Develop and maintain HR reports for senior leadership
- Lead and mentor HRIS and payroll team fostering performance
- Serve as advisor to senior leadership on HR operations and technology
