Job Requirements
- US work authorization
- 5+ years in the capacity of director of people and culture ideally within the luxury hospitality or retail sector
- Working knowledge of US labour law
- Experience leading and motivating a team of dedicated people and culture professionals across various functions
- Ability to influence the executive committee and develop strong relationships within all levels of colleagues
- Effective communication and counselling skills

- Drive the people and culture vision and strategy in partnership with senior leadership ensuring alignment with business objectives workforce planning and budget priorities
